“ Chimis holds its place as my favorite Mexican restaurant in town, and my recent visit to their Chesterfield location solidified this preference. Their Chile Poblanos, served with a side of beans and rice, is consistently delicious and satisfying. Adding to the pleasant dining experience is their great Margarita and commendable service. With reasonable prices, Chimis continues to offer a wellrounded and enjoyable Mexican meal. My goto place for a good Mexican meal! ”

Not the best Ive ever had, but still very good. Guac was good but not outstanding. Also, nice sized lunch portions, we took some home. Clean dining area, reasonably stylish for a TexMex place. The service was also good, but we were there after the lunch crowd was gone, so I cant say how it would be if they were busy. Overall, it was a good experience and well worth what we spent. ”
